Located on the first floor of the Focus on Renewal building, the Sto-Rox Public Library welcomes the public for events, computer usage and yes, of course, books and DVDs.

Beginner/Intermediate Ballet 

with Kulture Dance Academy
Saturdays, 12:50pm – 1:50pm
Ages 7-17

Ballet is the foundation of all dance training and will maximize technique in all genres of dance. Ballet classes help dancers with posture, flexibility, fitness, balance, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Introductory Drumming

Come learn basic rhythms on different percussion instruments. We will have a drum circle from 4-5pm, followed by a chance to play all our instruments from 5-6pm.

A similar program will be held
for adults & senior citizens on
Monday mornings, from 10:00am- 12:00pm.

The Audio Workshop

Every Thursday, 4:00-6:00pm

Ages 13-18 (Begins Feb. 2)

An intro course into music production and song creation! Learn how to make songs and beats from scratch, while experiencing working in a real studio environment. Aspiring singers, rappers, producers and creatives are welcome to join.

Ceramics Projects

with Ms. Britney Smith
Wednesdays, 6 – 8pm
Ages 16+

Each student will be guided by the instructor to create a project using
a multitude of ceramic building techniques. Class size is limited to 8 students
Open to Beginner-Advanced Students can enroll any time.

STEAM Rulers

Ages 12-17

Steam Rulers maker space is currently operating as an open learning environment with guidance and resources to learn based on individual interests.

Current equipment available for use are 2 new Makerbot Replicator+ 3D printers, Macbook Computers, iPads, Raspberry Pi, Arduino Based Robotic Kits. Experienced instructor on site.
