Focus On Renewal Food Pantry is Moving!

After almost a decade at Hays Manor, Focus On Renewal’s Food Pantry is moving.  Demolition of the Hays Manor Housing Project necessitated the move.  Finding another location in McKees Rocks to house our Pantry proved challenging, however, the FOR Executive Team together with officials from the Allegheny County Housing Authority worked to find a location that is both convenient for Food Pantry clients and spacious enough to house food distribution operations.  The Community Room at Uansa Village is large enough to house supplies, host weekly distributions, and is easily accessible for clients.

Weekly Food Pantry distributions at the Uansa Village location will begin on Thursday, September 19.  Distributions are from 2pm to 4pm every Thursday.  McKees Rocks residents who wish to register for Food & Nutrition programs, should contact June Fleming at 412–331-1685 X310 or email June at JFLEMING@FORSTOROX.ORG
