• A range of packages are available to suite your needs.  Some packages include access to special lighting and sound system, IT equipment, house manager services, and use of adjacent spaces in the building,

Art Gallery

• Great for meetings, workshops, social gatherings, or art exhibits.
• Depending on the type of event and room set-up, the space can hold up to 30 comfortably.
• A variety of room set-ups available.
• Wall hangings and pedestals available for display of art exhibits,
• A range of packages are available to suite your needs.  Some packages include use of screen, projector, microphone, speaker, IT equipment, house manager services, and use of adjacent spaces in the building.

Facilities rentals are based on availability.  All packages include a $100 refundable cleaning fee.

Studio Spaces

Focus On Renewal’s Father Ryan Arts Center is home to a variety of art studios and a culinary classroom space.  We offer arts and culture classes in these spaces, but we may be able to rent them for workshops, corporate team building events, or small social events.  Rental is subject to approval and availability of space and if necessary, instructors.

Dance Studio

• Located on the second floor of the Father Ryan Arts Center.
• Traditional dance studio with mirrored walls.
• Perfect for rehearsals and dance or physical fitness classes.

Music Room

• Located on the Lower Level of the Father Ryan Arts Center.
• Private space ideal for classes, meetings, rehearsals, or practice.
• Variety of audio production equipment and music instruments available.

Pottery/Sculpture Studio

• Fully functional studio with kiln and tools.
• May be available for private classes, workshops, or corporate team building with Focus On Renewal Instructor.
• Renters are responsible for supplies.  Supplies may be purchased or ordered through instructor.
• Security Deposit for use of tools and kiln is required.

Art Studio

• Fully function studio with workstation and tools.
• Great for private classes, workshops, or team building events.
• Renters are responsible for supplies.  Supplies may be purchased or ordered through instructor.

Kitchen/Culinary Classroom

• Fully function kitchen space.  Holds 10-12 students plus an instructor.
• Great for private classes, workshops, or team building events.
• Renters are responsible must purchase all food supplies.
• Limited availability.
