Having a safe space for parents and kids to come and exchange ideas helps keep families strong. As part of the Allegheny County Family Centers network, we provide families with a range of activities, events and programs. We welcome all, so let us know how we can support your family and children.
Kindergarten Readiness
Our dynamic Pre-K program has helped thousands of children over the years start school with confidence. For children age three to five, we host two three-hour sessions (9 am to noon and 1 to 4 pm) Monday through Thursday.
Engagement Activities
Join the McKees Rocks Family Center and you’re welcome to join all our families for outings, field trips, picnics and more.
Parent & Little Me Play Group
Parents and guardians of our littlest neighbors, age 0 to three, are encouraged to join us for fun interactive play and activities. Every other Tuesday and Thursday.
Diaper Bank
Connect with us to learn how we can help supply your family with baby diapers, wipes, feminine hygiene products and more.
Drop-In Hours
Our fun, interactive space is open for your family’s use. Come say “hello” and enjoy playtime with your child.
